Your information is your information, unless we absolutely have to we will not EVER use your personal information for any purpose other than to what we need to provide the Pennd service.

Information we collect

We collect a range of information required to facilitate the Pennd service, both on the management website and in any apps developed for mobile devices. Including your Name, email, billing and payment details to register addresses.

Messages, images, videos and audio sent to the Pennd system for any of your accounts are stored securely on our servers and will never be knowingly or willingly disclosed to anyone other than the intended recipient unless required by law, or to ensure that the Pennd platform remains a safe, secure and positive platform.

How we use this information

This information is used to facilitate the Pennd service itself. Information provided to Pennd will never be sold to anyone else, or used to target advertising by us or any other company. Period.

Our staff may access and distribute messages or personal information to relevant authorities ONLY if we are legally required to do so (EG a subpoena for information).

Our staff may access messages internally within Pennd, and we may use external systems to analyse messages, video, images and audio sent to the Pennd system to ensure that the messages are in-line with the Pennd system, being a positive, safe and secure platform.

Messages for your accounts stored on our servers may be automatically be flagged for review if the checks we have in place detect they could be abusive, threatening or containing illegal material. If this happens and inappropriate material is found, you will be notified, the sender will be blocked and the material will be dealt with appropriately. We will never knowingly deliver inappropriate material to the recipient, but cannot guarantee 100% success.
